Employer Steps


We set out to make the process simple and painless to fill your open positions.

  1. Create an account. This process takes about 5 minutes and for those companies that have multiple locations, you can store all of these locations and for each job you post, you can assign it to one of your locations.
  2. Next, create some e*Scores™ and v*Interviews™ that will help you filter out job seekers that do not fit your positions.
  3. Your next step is to post your open positions. You can optionally attach e*Scores™ and v*Interviews™ to your job. When applying, job seekers must complete these forms in order to successfully apply to your open position.
  4. From here, job seekers will apply to your open positions or you may choose to search and invite them to apply for a position that you think they are qualified for.
  5. As job seekers apply for your positions, you can optionally send them additional v*Interviews™ or invite them for an offline-interview. Offline means email or telephone call. The job seeker may choose to accept or graciously decline your invitation. After you have interviewed all your candidates and selected the best one, you will wonder why aNewJob.com wasn't created years ago...
